Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at El Cajon Guitars and Music. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using UPS We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.A. at this time.
Shipment processing / Shipping times
We try to have all orders processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. There may be additional wait times for shipping from various vendors. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to pick the carrier we feel will be the best fit for shipping.
Shipping Pricing and Shipping Times may vary.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
El Cajon Guitars and Music ships to addresses within the 48 Contiguous United States only and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
We do not ship internationally.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
El Cajon Guitars and Music is not responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Orders canceled prior to shipping may be subject to credit card processing fees. Credit card processing fees and actual costs of shipping are non refundable.

Orders can be picked up daily, from noon until 4 p.. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 5 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 4 p.m. during store hours noon until 4 p.m. will be delivered the next day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
