The Washburn Sonamaster Elite is the new flagship of the Sonamaster series, and the SE3SEN in Striped Ebony Natural shows off why. A striped ebony top sits on an okoume body with no pickguard to hide the grain, paired with a roasted maple neck and rosewood fretboard that feel fast, smooth and stay stable through seasonal changes.
An HSS layout with a direct-mount bridge humbucker and two single coils covers everything from glassy cleans to high-gain leads, and push/pull coil splitting adds even more range.
The standout feature is a mini toggle that bypasses the volume and tone controls and sends the bridge pickup straight to the output jack. Flip it for an instant, unfiltered boost with maximum punch and clarity, perfect for solos and lead lines that need to cut through.
