Warranty: Coverage on open-box units varies by manufacturer. Email us about this one before you buy and we'll give you a straight answer.
Open Box means the box has been opened. Sometimes that's only so we could photograph the instrument for this listing. Sometimes it hung in our showroom, was used in one of our videos, or came back from a customer who decided it wasn't for them. If the listing doesn't say which, just ask. It's never used gear from someone else's closet, and the savings are measured against the current new price.
Warranty: Some manufacturers cover open-box units and some don't, so it's stated item by item. Questions? Email us at info@ecgmusic.com or call (619) 334-3113.
Returns: If your order shipped free and you return it, we'll deduct the actual shipping cost we paid from your refund or store credit.
