Part of Cort's respected Artisan Series, the C4 Deluxe combines a comfortable poplar body, hard maple neck, jatoba fingerboard, and modern active/passive electronics. It is designed as a dependable workhorse bass with strong mids, a firm low end, and enough tonal flexibility to cover a wide range of playing styles.
The C4 Deluxe is equipped with Bartolini MK-1 pickups for punchy mids, warm lows, and clear highs. A Markbass MB-1 preamp adds transparent tone shaping without masking the natural sound of the instrument. With active/passive switching and a flexible EQ section, this bass can move from organic passive-style tones to more modern active sounds with ease.
The MetalCraft M bridge provides strong sustain, focused tone, and a dual string-loading design that allows for either top-loading or string-thru-body setup. Combined with a 34" scale length, 24 frets, and a comfortable double-cutaway body shape, the C4 Deluxe is a practical choice for rock, pop, worship, funk, blues, recording, and live work.
