The DigiTech Drop is a dedicated polyphonic drop-tuning pedal that lets you lower your instrument's tuning from one semitone down to a full octave—without changing guitars or retuning between songs.
Its polyphonic processing allows complete chords and individual notes to be shifted together, making the Drop useful for live performance, rehearsals, and quickly exploring lower tunings.
A selectable momentary/latching footswitch provides two distinct ways to use the effect. Latching mode keeps the selected drop tuning engaged normally. Momentary mode activates the effect only while the footswitch is held, opening up creative performance effects such as rapid pitch trills and dramatic pitch dips.
