The Hagstrom Krona is a purpose-built instrument for players who demand precision, sustain, and versatility in a single-cut platform. Combining a mahogany body with a Canadian maple top finished in a striking flame veneer, the Krona delivers a refined aesthetic backed by serious tonal architecture. The set mahogany neck and Resinator fingerboard provide a fast, consistent feel across all 22 stainless steel jumbo frets — built to last and stay in tune under heavy use.
At the heart of the Krona's voice are Hagstrom's own Agent-X neck humbucker and Penetrator bridge humbucker, each wired through push-pull tone controls for independent coil splitting. The result is a wide tonal range — from thick, full humbucking output to clear, articulate single-coil tones — all accessible without leaving the playing position. A 3-way toggle and dual volume controls round out the control layout for intuitive, stage-ready operation.
Hardware is built to perform: Hagstrom's 19:1 ratio locking tuners hold pitch reliably under aggressive playing, while the hardtail CNC-machined steel string-through bridge maximizes sustain and intonation stability.
