Hagstrom's proprietary H-Expander truss rod system runs the length of the neck, providing exceptional resistance to twisting and warping while supporting a fast, comfortable neck profile. The Resinator fingerboard — Hagstrom's composite fingerboard material — offers consistent feel, long-term stability, and reduced dead spots across all positions.
Two Hagstrom Custom 62 humbuckers handle the tonal work: a medium-output neck pickup (approx. 8.2K) for warm, articulate cleans and a high-output bridge pickup (approx. 13.8K) for punchy, aggressive tones. A master volume with treble bleed/R-C circuit, master tone, and 3-way toggle keep the controls simple and functional. The Hagstrom wrap-around bridge with Wide Reach Intonation saddles makes setup straightforward, and chrome Hagstrom tuners at 15:1 ratio keep things in tune.
