The Kala Taro Patch Tenor is built for the performer who wants a larger voice without losing traditional sweetness. Its eight-string setup, popular in 1920s Hawaii, is tuned in unison for a rich texture much like a twelve-string guitar.

All solid mahogany construction backs every note with a punchy, clear midrange.
