The Kala KA-SCAC-B8 is an eight-string baritone ukulele with a deep, resonant voice and the rich, naturally chorused sound created by four paired string courses. Its larger baritone body and 20.0625-inch scale provide a familiar, comfortable feel for guitarists while producing greater warmth and depth than smaller ukulele sizes.
A solid cedar top gives the instrument a soft, lush tone with strong natural projection, making it especially well suited to fingerstyle playing, accompaniment and performance. Acacia back and sides complement the cedar with warmth, clarity and attractive natural grain.
The high-gloss finish is accented by rosewood binding, a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and a slotted headstock with chrome inline tuners. A mahogany neck, adjustable truss rod, PPS nut and Graph Tech NuBone saddle complete this distinctive Kala design.
