OH32SEQ Bajo Quinto – Quilt Sapele / Macassar Ebony w/ Barcus Berry LX-4 Electronics
The OH32SEQ Bajo Quinto is purpose-built for the driving rhythms of Norteño, Tejano, Conjunto, and traditional Latin American music. Designed to lock in perfectly with accordion and bass, this instrument delivers the bold low-end punch and crisp articulation that define the genre.
Featuring a stunning quilted sapele top paired with Macassar ebony back and sides, the OH32SEQ offers powerful projection, rich harmonic content, and tight, focused bass response. Quarter-sawn scalloped bracing enhances resonance and dynamic sensitivity—giving you clarity whether you’re playing steady rhythm patterns or accented melodic passages.
When it’s time to plug in, the Barcus Berry LX-4 preamp system provides reliable, performance-ready tone with onboard shaping controls to dial in your sound for stage or studio.
A real bone nut ensures excellent tuning stability and optimal tone transfer, while gold hardware and a gloss finish complete the premium aesthetic.
This Bajo Quinto is ready for rehearsals, gigs, and touring—and it includes a deluxe gig bag for protection on the move.
