The front panel gives you genuine tonal control: a 3-band EQ, a Bright control, a Contour control for scooping mids and boosting highs and lows, and a Mid Shift switch for adjusting the mid frequency center point. Peavey's Kosmos-C psycho-acoustic low-end enhancement adds perceived bass depth without overloading the speaker, while the TransTube gain boost circuit adds tube-style warmth and character when you want it. DDT speaker protection keeps the driver safe at higher volumes.
