This is the exact Roots Dreadnought SM E that Breedlove displayed at the January 2026 NAMM Show, the guitar that introduced the 2026 Roots series to the industry. The Roots line is handmade and hand-voiced in Breedlove's Bend, Oregon custom shop, in the same room as Breedlove's Oregon, Premier and Legacy USA instruments. After the show it came straight to El Cajon Guitars & Music and has been case-kept since. Our showroom photos on this page are of this guitar.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a NAMM show guitar new? Yes. It was displayed at the show, then case-kept. It is sold as new with Breedlove's warranty through an authorized dealer.
What is LR Baggs HiFi? A two-sensor system mounted to the bridge plate inside the guitar. There is no undersaddle pickup and nothing cut into the body beyond the endpin jack, so the acoustic tone is untouched and the plugged-in sound is unusually natural.
What case comes with it? Breedlove's deluxe brown hardshell case, as pictured.
