Overview
The Tuller Audio San Andreas started with a simple question: why does a tremolo only get one LFO? Brent Tuller built it to find out. The San Andreas runs two independent low-frequency oscillators, each with its own Rate and Depth, summed into a single FET-controlled op-amp stage.
Set them together and you get a classic, clean pulse. Pull them apart and the two waves push and pull against each other, creating shifting wave shapes and polyrhythmic patterns you can't get from a standard tremolo. It's an original analog design, hand-built in small batches on California's Central Coast.
Why Players Love It
- Two independent LFOs for composite tremolo shapes and polyrhythms
- Goes from smooth, vintage-style throb to choppy, rhythmic stutter
- Crystal-clear FET-controlled op-amp stage keeps your tone intact
- 18V internal headroom
- Hand-built, hand-soldered and hand-wired in small batches
Controls
-
Level — Output volume
-
Rate 1 — Speed of LFO 1
-
Rate 2 — Speed of LFO 2
-
Depth 1 — Intensity of LFO 1
-
Depth 2 — Intensity of LFO 2

About Tuller Audio
Tuller Audio is a one-man shop. Brent Tuller designs, builds, tests and ships every pedal himself. He grew up around electronics — his dad worked at Collins Radio in the '60s and '70s — and he deliberately doesn't build clones or mod other people's designs. Every Tuller pedal is an original analog circuit.
ECG Music is proud to support independent builders like Tuller Audio. Every pedal is checked here before it ships.
